Education

Education is the first line of defense in preventing fires and treating those that have been burned or affected by burns.  Education takes on the form of facts and statistics, safety fairs, fire prevention tips, as well as knowing what to say and do when around a burn survivor.  Please browse the pages on this website for more information and if you would like the fire education booklets provided by the Burned Children Recovery Foundation, please send us an email and we would be more than happy to work with you!!

Fire Safety Education

Over 200,000 fire safety booklets have been distributed to public and private schools, day care centers and children's organizations, etc.

Juvenile Fire Setter Intervention

A Juvenile Fire Setter Intervention Program was proposed and organized by the Burned Children Recovery Foundation in 1991. We work in conjunction with local fire departments.
